Executive Secretary: Manage agendas, email, calls, visa application, travel arrangements, client management Look after MD’s / Board Member general office affairs, draft agenda, prepare minutes of meeting and follow up on action points from meetings Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives, and company talents Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.) Responsible for coordinating with entire departments Perform other tasks assigned by the concerned authority
